FAQs about IV Therapy and Vitalife Wellness

Do i need to book an appointment?

Yes, appointments are required at this time in order to ensure proper social distancing measures at the clinic.

How do i book an appointment?

You can book any IV drip, including specialty infusions, wellness program consults, and ozone therapy on the Appointments page.

Do i have to book a consult first?

No, consults are not required to book an IV or shot, unless you are looking for something custom. Programs require a consult to start.

are there any intake forms?

You will be asked to fill out a brief health questionnaire and waiver at the clinic upon arriving for your first appointment.

do you accept insurance?

Unfortunately, insurance is not accepted. The field of preventative medicine is evolving, and we are hoping to find solutions to allow for insurance billing in the future.

Do you accept hsa, fsa, or care credit?

We do currently accept Health Savings Account and Flex Spending Account debit cards. We do not currently take Care Credit, but have requested authorization as an approved practice for Care Credit.

How do i book multiple appointments?

If you are looking to add a boost to your IV or receive multiple shots, add to the appointment notes or give us a call.

How long will it take?

Most infusions are completed within 45-60 minutes. Shots only take a few minutes. Some therapies may take up to 4 hours (NAD).

Do the infusions hurt?

Our staff of registered nurses are highly skilled in IV starts and will make you as comfortable as possible. The site may be sore for a minute or two, but the drip should not cause any pain or discomfort. If you experience any, please notify the nursing staff.

How long until i see results?

This will depend on a number of factors, including your goals, your current symptoms, your health, and your treatment of choice. Hangovers may find instant relief, whereas athletes may notice during their next session or over the course of their training.

Where do I park?

There is a limited amount of storefront parking. If the spaces are full, there are two parking garages conveniently located just to the north and south of the clinic’s front door.

How Do i pay?

At this time, we only accept cash, credit, debit, and HSA and FSA cards. All major credit cards are accepted. We do not accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, or any other digital medium at this time.
