Do i need to book an appointment?
Yes, appointments are highly recommended in order to ensure a spot. It is recommended that you try and book infusions at least two hours in advance and shots at least an hour in advance to limit any waiting while at the clinic. Ozone therapy requires at least a 48 hour notice to schedule our Ozone-trained staff.
How do i book an appointment?
You can book any IV drip, including all Vitamin Infusions, High Dose Vitamin C infusions, NAD Therapy infusions, and Glutathione Infusions, and any Vitamin Shot online through our booking service, or by calling us at the clinic during operating hours.
Do i have to book a consult first?
No, consults are not required to book an IV, shot, or lab draw. However, consults with our physician are required for Hormone Replacement Therapy. If you have signed up for custom infusions, we will call to you schedule a brief consultation to go over your lab testing results, custom therapies, and recommended schedules.
are there any intake forms?
You will be asked to fill out a brief health questionnaire, our liability waiver, and our terms & conditions when you sign up for an account online using our booking portal. If you call us, we will take your information and send you the forms electronically to fill out prior to arrival. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment if you have not filled them out prior. Hormone consultation appointments require additional paperwork.
Where do I park?
There is a limited amount of storefront parking. If the spaces are full, there are two parking garages conveniently located just to the north and south of the clinic’s front door, the Park Lane parking garage due north, and the Whole Foods parking garage due south.
How Do i pay?
At this time, we only accept cash, credit, debit, and HSA and FSA cards. All major credit cards are accepted. We now gladly accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and any other digital medium at this time, including Venmo and PayPal. Want to pay in crypto? Just ask.
How do i book multiple appointments?
During the scheduling process, you will be able to elect to add on services, including IV boosters, IV pushes, and vitamin shots. If you have any trouble, or have any questions, please give us a call and we will make sure to add to your appointment.
Do you accept hsa, fsa, or care credit?
We currently accept Health Savings Account and Flex Spending Account debit cards. We do not currently take Care Credit, but have requested authorization as an approved practice for Care Credit.
do you accept insurance?
Unfortunately, insurance is not accepted. The field of preventative medicine is evolving, and we are hoping to find solutions to allow for insurance billing in the future. However, insurance may be used for some lab tests, including Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D tests. Please verify with provider. Vitalife assumes no responsibility for additional fees that may apply.
